In a study where people were asked to time themselves brushing for 2 minutes (with no help)… guess what? Most people only brushed for about 1 minute.
Tip #3: Floss every day
Did you know that nearly 40% of your teeth’s surface area lies in between your teeth?
To reach tight spaces, drink lots of water and floss at least once a day.
